Johan still pitches?
ReplyDeleteFirst game since Sept. 2010. He looked good, too.
DeleteThey won?!? I'm feeling a bit weepy knowing that for one golden day they're tied for first in the NL East. Go Mets.
ReplyDeleteThese pictures have nothing whatsoever to do with my current state of verklemptitude. None.
Today's headline in the NY Post: Mets Undefeated! 161 games to go!
DeleteI LOVE the refection in the glasses.
ReplyDeleteBut the real question is.... did you finish the hot dog?
Youngest is so excited, Fenway has a stand in each section now that has Gluten free dogs. He can' wait for another game so he can try it out. Yes. We are all about the food.
The dog was doomed. Most importantly, I finally managed to eat the Shake Shack in center field and the burger was outstanding. Plus, they refilled my beer for free while I waited for it.
DeleteLooks like a good time was had by all......Happy Easter, Cool!
ReplyDeleteMany the chocolate bunnies have no chance against you this weekend. Thanks.
DeleteSweet! I'm stealing this idea if we make it out the ballpark this season.
ReplyDeleteOnly if you take me.
DeleteExcellent first game for the Mets. Great seeing Johan out there again. But a 1-2-3 ninth from Frank Francisco? Don't get used to THAT, my man...
ReplyDeleteUnlike your Yanks, we've never had a consistent 1-2-3 closer so I'm glad he got it out of the way now so I don't have to keep praying for it to finally happen during the year.
DeleteAnd yeah! They won!
ReplyDeleteIcing on the cake, my dear, icing on the cake.
DeleteHow fantastic!
ReplyDeleteyes, it was
DeleteAwesome! We were there this weekend--my first time ever to Citifield. All those planes landing almost gave me a nervous breakdown.
ReplyDeleteIt just adds to the death-defying atmosphere. No, wait - that's the bathrooms.
DeleteThis is the BEST time of the year. Go M's. (Mets, Mariners)
